Elka Whalan (formerly Graham) epitomises resilience, grace and empowerment on stage when speaking to any audience. With a distinguished swimming career spanning two Olympic Games - Sydney 2000 (Silver Medalist) and Athens 2004 - and numerous medals and records from World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Pan Pacific Championships - Elka's journey from elite athlete to wife and mother of four has been nothing short of inspirational.

She has facilitated over 30 events for these groups... events where everyone’s welcome and no topics are off limits.
Elka champions inclusivity and support. Her magnetic presence and genuine passion shine through in every aspect of her work, whether she's hosting events, interviewing Prime Ministers, curating panels, or keynote speaking.
